Bike from South Cove: Mount your bikes directly from the South Cove property, which offers two e-bikes available to rent courtesy of Velo Bike Ski Trail. It is the ideal rental location for a couple exploring Shediac together. From there, you can cruise straight onto the local multi-use trail system, heading east through quiet coastal woods toward the beach area.
Pedal into the park and choose your lunch vibe: Either stopping at Euston Park Shediac, a vibrant container-style beer garden right by the sand where you can grab a seat on a lively outdoor patio to enjoy locally sourced street food, fresh smash burgers, and cold local craft beer, or heading over to Morse et Marteaux BBQ at the East Canteen to indulge in low-and-slow smoked brisket, pulled pork, or a full lobster meal, just a few feet away from the ocean & sand.
