TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Refunds
Tickets are refundable up to May19, 2023, 5 pm AST. Refunds will also be given in the event of government issued COVID restrictions or unforeseen cancellation by Excellence NB Association.
2.
Responsibility
Excellence NB Association will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss, damage or delays, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, including if such loss results from any of the following:
- The act of omission of any party other than Excellence NB Association or it's employees.
- Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to departure times, baggage handling,
- Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered
We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion. If we must completely cancel your reservation, Excellence NB Association’s liability will be limited to a refund equal to the total original purchase price of the tour.
Please note this tour includes walking, standing and stairs.
3. Social Media Photo Sharing
By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to Excellence NB sharing any photos taken throughout the day on their social media platforms.
