Terms and Conditions for Participation in the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport Program
Welcome to the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport Program! We are delighted to have you join our community of craft alcohol producers. To ensure a smooth and beneficial partnership, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Eligibility 
To be eligible for participation in the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport, participants confirm they meet the following criteria. If participants do not meet all criteria, they are ineligible for participation.
  • Participants confirm that their business is located in New Brunswick.
  • Participants confirm that their craft alcohol products are made in New Brunswick.
  • Participants confirm that their venue is set up to serve their craft alcohol beverages to consumers (i.e. the venue is not just a storefront or production facility).
2. Provision of Up-to-date Information
  • Participants agree to provide Excellence NB with accurate and up-to-date information regarding their location, operating hours, and any other relevant details.
  • Participants shall promptly notify Excellence NB of any changes to the aforementioned information to ensure the accuracy of the Passport information for their location.
    3. Display of Promotional Material
    • Participants agree to display informational and promotional materials provided by Excellence NB, including but not limited to: posters and coasters with QR codes, within their establishment.
    • Participants shall ensure these materials are easily accessible and visible to customers.
    • Participants shall notify Excellence NB if they require additional promotional materials.
      4. Online Promotion
      • Participants agree to include a link to the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport Website on their official website.
      • Participants agree to display the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport logo on their website with a link to the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport website.
        5. Annual Participation Fee
        • Participants agree to pay an annual prorated participation fee of $250 (subject to provincial tax requirements) to participate in the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport Program.
          • If registration occurs in the first quarter of the fiscal year (April - June), a full fee of $250 applies.
          • If registration occurs in the second quarter of the fiscal year (July-September), a fee of $187.50 applies.
          • If registration occurs in the third quarter of the fiscal year (October-December), a fee of $125 applies.
          • If registration occurs in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year (January-March), a fee of $62.50 applies.
          6. Provision of Logo
          • Participants agree to provide Excellence NB with a high-resolution version of their logo and consent to the use of this logo to facilitate the design of their custom NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport stamp.
            • Participants consent to the alteration of their logo in the design of the Passport stamp which may include the alteration of the logo colour, shape or detail. 
            7. Term and Termination
            • The term of participation shall commence on the date of registration and continue until the end of the calendar year.
            • Participants may renew their participation annually by paying the full participation fee by the 1st of April each year.
            • NB Bottles and Pints reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program at any time, with written notice, for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
              8. Limitation of Liability
              • Excellence NB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the participation in the NB Bottles and Pints program. 
              • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excellence NB from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the NB Bottles and Pints program.
                9. Miscellaneous
                • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Excellence NB and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. 
                • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick.

                By registering for the NB Bottles-n-Pints Passport Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We look forward to a successful partnership!
