Navigate NB Program – Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form and applying to be featured in the Navigate NB program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must be New Brunswick–based and operate a local business, organization, or destination that aligns with the Navigate NB program’s categories: Food & Drink, Accommodation, Experience, Shop, Culture, or Nature.

  • Submissions are open to businesses that are independently owned or locally operated and provide a quality, visitor-friendly experience.

2. Review and Selection

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the Excellence NB team to ensure they meet the program’s quality, relevance, and content standards.

  • Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Excellence NB reserves the right to select businesses based on editorial, regional, or strategic considerations.

3. Use of Content

  • By submitting this form, you grant Excellence NB the right to use your business name, description, and submitted images for promotional purposes including but not limited to the Excellence NB website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • You confirm that all submitted photos are your original content or that you have permission to share and grant usage rights.

4. Accuracy and Updates

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

  • If your business details change (e.g., hours, offerings, location), you agree to notify the Excellence NB team to ensure continued accuracy.

5. No Fees or Compensation

  • There is no fee to participate in the Navigate NB program.

  • Inclusion in Navigate NB does not imply endorsement, and participants do not receive direct financial compensation.

6. Right to Remove or Edit Listings

  • Excellence NB reserves the right to remove or update any listing at its discretion if the content becomes inaccurate, inappropriate, or no longer aligns with program goals.

7. Privacy

  • Your contact information will be used only for communications related to the Navigate NB program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
