Since 2018, Origines: Cuisine Maritime has been offering a refined dining experience in the coastal town of Caraquet. Chef-owner Benjamin Cormier returned to his Acadian roots after working in fine dining to create a seasonal tasting menu inspired by the rich flavours of the Maritime terroir. Located along the bay, the restaurant features breathtaking sunset views that enhance the culinary experience.
