Campobello Island

Jointly administered by Canada and the United States, Roosevelt Campobello International Park preserves the 34-room summer cottage where Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt vacationed, plus 2 800 acres of spruce headlands, bog boardwalks and carriage roads. Free cottage tours operate May to October, while the surrounding landscape is open year-round for hiking, bird-watching and coastal picnics. Tide-pools, lighthouse vistas and autumn foliage make this trans-border park a memorable Fundy adventure.
